The solution
SupportSec develops and owns web-based workflow software for healthcare operations and support teams, such as call centers, customer service, and patient management teams at home medical equipment providers. Its tools connect to the systems these teams already use, including patient management platforms, call center software, and internal portals. They organize the information teams need, build on existing software, and automate repetitive daily work.

Victor has designed and built workflow software for healthcare organizations, including APIs, scripts, applications, automation, dashboards, integrations, and intranet solutions, including in HIPAA-regulated environments. SupportSec owns these tools and is developing them into a product for any team working across multiple separate software systems.
